Description
Luppolo neozelandese sviluppato dall'incrocio tra il Saaz e una varieta' locale: si sono volute mantenere molte caratteristiche che lo rendono adatto ad essere utilizzato per la produzione di Lager e Pilsner tradizionali.
A differenza del Saaz, presenta un gradevole aroma citrico/agrumato piu' pronunciato.
Questo luppolo puo' essere quindi usato per svariati stili di birra anche come unico per amaro e aroma.
