This kit includes one sachet of dry yeast attached under the bottom of the pouch.
This malt extract is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis in order to reduce the gluten content, that is lower than 20 mg/kg (0,002%).
Moreover, before packaging pouches, the machines are completely cleaned, rinsed and tested by gluten test strip to confirm the absence of any contamination.
