For brewing 23 litres of blonde beer, slightly opal (similar to biere blanche).
Pilsner malt grains 2,5 kg
Weizen malt grains 2,0 kg
Oat flakes 100 g
Wheat flakes 400 g
Brewer's Gold Hop (aa 8,8) 14 g
Hallertau Hersbrucker Hop (aa 1,8) 28 g
Saaz Hop (aa 2,2) 14 g
Bitter Orange Peel
One mashing bag of dry yeast suited for the beer style
The kit includes all ingredients already weighed.
A detailed recipe which will guide you step by step during the whole procedure.
N.B.: the doses of hop can slightly varies depending on the alpha acids of hops, in order to maintain the appropriate bitterness required by the recipe.
