Hopped malt extract for brewing one of the greatest classics of the Belgian brewing tradition: the Abbey beer. These beers have the peculiarity to have a winy character due to their high alcohol content and they requires long aging.
It is a dark red beer, strong, with a pronounced taste in which prevails the malt sweetness, and dense and persistent krausen.
It includes one sachet of dry yeast.
Serve at 12°C.
