Blend of pellet hops specifically selected for Lager-style beers.
Added to fermenting beer they give a pleasant aroma of hop.
HOW TO USE IT:
After the transferring into the second fermenter, shear the hop sachet and pour hop pellets into the beer without mixing (pellets will break and naturally sink). To obtain the best results, hops have to stay in infusion 5-7 days, after that you can proceed with bottling.
Remember that before the last decanting needed for bottling it is necessary to filter hops: there will be very few residuals, but in order to be sure not to find anything in the bottle, it is worthwhile to always filter them.
To filter hops you can use a small colander previously sanitised (keep in mind that in this way the beer will tend to "splash" a bit), otherwise you can use the specific and cheap filter sack for hop pellets.
