COCOA PASTE is very pure cocoa in pieces: cocoa seeds are processed at low temperature until they become a solid paste, the so called cocoa paste.
It can be used for beer by adding small percentages (from 10 to 40 g) into an infusion or directly during mashing.
Recommended for flavouring dark beers such as Stouts or Porters, in which it can be also used in combination with coffee beans and/or vanilla.
