Hopped malt extract for brewing the best known Belgian fruit beer, whose traditional preparation provides to let macerate cherries in beer, in order to obtain a slightly sour beer, aromatic and sweet with a red copper colour.
For this malt, the whole procedure described above has been already performed directly by Brewferm, therefore the brewing will be very easy and identical to all the other malt extracts.
It includes one sachet of dry yeast.
Serve at 14°C.
