Hopped malt extract for brewing a classic Irish stout (also called dry stout because of its dry mouthfeel), very dark, with an aroma of coffee and roasted malt, characterised by a creamy and persistent krausen.
To taste in combination with shellfish and crustaceans, serve at 14°C.
It includes one sachet of dry yeast.
