Dark barley malt extract, ideal for brewing dark beers using it as basic malt in the e + g or partial mash technique.
It can be used as base malt on partial mash beer or as a substitute for sugar in beer kits, for having a beer with a more prounounced malt character and a more persistent foam. It is perfect for Stout or Porter beer or in mixture with lighter extracts for the production of amber beers.
This is cold filled into a pouch, instead of a can, to retain all the delicate flavours and aromas which are lost using the traditional canning process.
1.2 kg size ensures no waste of product: 1.2 kg of syrup extract is equivalent to 1 kg of dry extract.
