Hop whole leaf for beer. The hop whole leaf are non pressed hop flowers and as all kind of hops it has to be filtered at the end of boiling. This kind of hop well lends itself to be added during wort boiling inside specific filters which facilitate its removal. Both hops for flavouring and for bittering are available. The hop bitterness is measured in Alpha Acid, higher the AA higher the bitterness yielded to our beer by the hop.
