Malt Extracts

Concentrated malt extracts are prepared from the best row barleys, in beer brewing they serve both as basic malts for those who use the e+g method or partial mash, and to replace sugar in tins of hopped malt. They are available both dry (in powder) and liquid, to keep in mind that 1 kg of dry malt corresponds to approximately 1,2 kg of liquid malt.
