This malt, also known as dextrinous malt, contributes to make the krausen dense and persistent without adding colour or particular flavours and it increases the fullness of taste.
It can be used in percentages up to 30-40% in non-alcoholic beers or in those ones with low alcohol content.
It can be replaced with Caramel Malt Pils
