This selection of malts was specifically created by the master brewer Jean Luc in 2007 to satisfy the most demanding homebrewers who want to get more than the standard hopped kits. They do not need the addition of sugar during primary fermentation, since they are conceived to obtain a beer with a fully malted strong flavour, they use the partial mash, or e+g, technique, in addition to the malted grain already milled, they include fresh hop. Slightly more laborious if compared to the traditional kits, these malts reward the time spent by the brewer in preparation with a priceless satisfaction thanks to the obtained result. We studied these recipes for those who are not afraid to pay few cents more per bottle, but expect from their beer a high quality. Furthermore, with the hop boiling technique invented by Jeanluc you do not need further equipment besides the normal pots and the starter kit. All these kits include extremely detailed instructions in Italian, which will guide you step by step and moreover they do not need further equipment compared with the normal hopped kits.
