Originally exported to India for the English settlers, this beer stands out for a higher alcohol content and for a more accentuated bitterness.
It was indeed thanks to these characteristics that the beer was preserved during the crossing by ship to India.
Well matching with food which emphasises its bitterness, such as for example a good risotto with red radicchio.
Serve at 13°C.
