For brewing 18 litres of Abbey beer (Belgian Strong Ale) with a winy character due to its high alcohol content.
This is a strong beer with an intense dark brown colour, which prefers long aging periods. It has a pronounced taste in which the malt prevails, and a dense and persistent krausen.
