Recipe for a Christmas beer to brew by the All Grain method.
Beer kit for brewing 17,5 litres of Christmas beer, a special beer, traditionally prepared in the North of Europe to combine with the great "feasts" of Christmas holidays. This is an alcoholic beer, with a spicy taste, flavouring notes of fruit, dry or candied, and clear sweet scents, almost caramel, due both to malts and to herbs.
This beer prefers a long aging period.
Pale Malt 5,5 kg
Malt Grain Crystal 300 g
Cassonade or Dark Candied Sugar 500 g
Hop Styrian Golding
One or two sachets of dry yeast suited for the beer style
The kit inlcudes all ingredients, already weighed.

Note: hop doses may slightly vary depending on the alpha acid content, in order to maintain the proper bitterness required by the recipe.
