The considerable protein supply of spelt produces an opaque beer with a very solid and persistent krausen. The delicate and soft taste of spelt is accompanied by the herbal flavours of hop.
This beer can be used to cook and to combine with classic winter dishes based one meat, such as roast beef or braised meat.
Serve at 7-8°C.

- 500 g of Milled Malt (of which 300 g is spelt)
- One sachet of dry yeast suited for the beer type
