Recipe for a Tripel beer, to brew by the All Grain method.
For brewing 19 litres of golden beer, "double malt", Tripel style, Belgian "meditation" beer particularly appreciated by the fans of the genre.
The bitterness is barely perceptible, the strong taste of malt prevails.
Ingredients:
Pilsner Malt 5 kg
Cassonade or Candied Sugar 1 kg
Saaz Hop
Styrian Golding Hop
One sachet of dry yeast suited for the beer style (for this beer is recommendable to prepare a yeast starter 2-3 days before)
The kit includes all ingredients, already weighed.

N.B.: the doses of hop can slightly varies depending on the alpha acids of hops, in order to maintain the appropriate bitterness required by the recipe.
