New German hop produced by crossing Cascade and Hallertau hops.
It is characterised by an intense fruity flavour which reveals strong notes of mandarin with a sweet touch.
This hop is suited both for top-fermenting and bottom-fermenting beers.
Thanks to its flavouring notes, Mandarina Bavaria can be added during boiling as last hop or even to the finished beer for dry-hopping.
