Belgian malt with a lighter colour than the classic Pilsner, produced from the best spring harvest of European two-row barley.
The malt is dehydrated at temperatures of 80-85°C.
Peculiarity: minimum colouring and low protein content, this malt can be easily milled for mixing it with other malt grains.
Thanks to its versatility it can be used for brewing all types of beer.
