This yeast comes from Bavaria and it is used by numerous commercial breweries for brewing Weizen-style German beers.
It gives an aroma of esters with typical flavours of banana, suited for brewing Weizen and Hefeweizen beers.
Recommended doses for professional use (breweries): 100 g per 100 litres (1 g/L).
This yeast does not contain gluten.
