The traditional recipe for American Pale Ale (APA) beer by Birramia, to brew by the all grain method, readapted for brewing only 10 litres of blonde beer.
- Pale Malt Grain 2 kg
- Monaco Malt Grain 200 g
- Cascade Hop
- Simcoe Hop
- One or two mashing bags of dry yeast suited for the beer style
The kit includes all ingredients already weighed.
A detailed recipe will guide you step by step during the whole procedure.
N.B.: the doses of hop can slightly varies depending on the alpha acids of hops, in order to maintain the appropriate bitterness required by the recipe.
