The traditional recipe for BELGIAN WHITE BEER by Birramia, readapted to brew only 10 litres of Biere Blanche by the all grain method.
- Pilsner malt grains 1 kg
- Wheat malt grains 1 kg
- Wheat flakes 150 g
- Oat flakes 100 g
- Saaz Hop
- One mashing bag of dry yeast suited for the beer style
The kit includes all ingredients already weighed.

N.B.: the doses of hop can slightly varies depending on the alpha acids of hops, in order to maintain the appropriate bitterness required by the recipe.
