Beer kit for a Blanche in a real "Forte" style, with little hopping and pleasantly flavored aroma given by the mix of coriander and bitter orange. Italian wheat gives a pleasant turbidity, typical of this style.

Pilsner malt

H. Perle hop
Saaz hop
Super Styrian hop
Huell Mellon hop
Coriander and bitter orange peel
One sachet of dry yeast suited for the beer style

N.B.: the weight of hop can slightly varies depending on the alpha acids of hops, in order to maintain the appropriate bitterness required by the recipe.
