This bottom-fermentation yeast is originating from VLB (Berlin) in Germany and it is known by the code RH.
It is used by the commercial breweries of Eastern Europe and it gives lagers with slight fruity flavours.
Primary fermentation: recommended dose 80-120 g/hl at 12°C, 200-300 g/hl at lower temperatures.
