A very common yeast for a general use, it keeps very well and is very strong.
This yeast produces a superb aromatic profile and it can be used for brewing a great variety of top-fermentation beers (Biere Blanche, Trappist, etc.).
For primary fermentation, the recommended dose is 50-80 g/hl
For secondary fermentation in bottle the dose is about 2,5-5 g/hl
